Suitable for persons of all levels of physical ability:

The primary emphasis of Soaring Crane Qigong is the mental work of guiding qi through your meridians and acupoints.   If initially you are not able to do certain movements of the physical form, you can still benefit by using your imagination.

Master Zhao has cautioned that Soaring Crane Qigong should not be practiced if you are pregnant of if you have serious mental health disorders including: schizophrenia, bipolar, borderline and severe mood disorders.
